Free archive utility: IZArc

It’s been a while since I looked for a good, free file zipper and unzipper for Windows.

    Yes, it is a substitute for those. The XP unzip doesn’t handle all of the formats that this one does (I often need to expand .tar files or .tgz files even in Windows). Also, winzip is shareware, although many people treat it as freeware.
